Whiskey Smoked Burger Box
A tip for a smooth preparation: start by heating up the oven at 200°C for the salsify fries later in the proces.
Every oven has a different intensity, which is why our given times can differ. Regularly check the color of the food and if it is cooked enough.
Main: Whiskey smoked Burgers
Elements: Burger buns, Crispy onions, Future Farm 2030 burger patty, fermented kimchi, Little gem, Wasabi mayo, Whiskey teriyaki.
Place a frying pan on the stove over a medium-high heat. Lightly sprinkle some oil to the pan. (Tip: grill on the bbq.)
Once the oil is hot, add the burgers to the frying pan.
Add a layer of teriyaki sauce on the burgers. When flipping the burgers, keep adding a layer of teriyaki sauce. The more sauce you add, the more flavour is being absorbed.
Fry the burgers until both sides are brown. Depending on the heat you are using, this should take 5 to 10 minutes
Cut open the burger buns.
Place the open-topped burger buns in a preheated oven. Bake the buns for 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove the buns from the oven. Top the buns with the burger patty, a leaf of lettuce, fermented kimchi, wasabi mayo and fried onions.
Sides: Baby potatoes in rosemary butter

Place the bowl with the potatoes with the rosemary butter in the preheated oven. Bakce for 20 minutes at 200°C, or until golden brown.
Check the potatoes if they are ready. If so, remove from the oven and place them in a bowl or next to the Whiskey Smoked Burger on a plate by choise.
Sweets: Brownies with dulce de leche
Elements: Brownies, dulce de leche
Unwrap the Brownie.
Cut in smaller pieces if desired and place on a plate.
Pour the dulce de leche over the top of the brownies.
